What began as the Cape Town Black Professionals Support Group is now the Black Professionals Support Group open to Black Professionals in South Africa and beyond.

 

The support group is a space for black professionals working in corporate environments to share their challenges and together look at ways of engaging with the challenges that they encounter.

 

The support group is not a networking space. It is an environment for individuals who are willing to be vulnerable and open about their experiences in the corporate annals. Individuals who wish to be part of the group have to be willing to receive feedback - positive/supportive/critical but always constructive and respectful. The aim is to provide a safe space for black professionals to receive input from fellow professionals and find meaningful ways to thrive.
